Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the BatteryArb website, API, evaluation environments, paid plans, and related support provided by RichBuilds.

1. Access and accounts

BatteryArb may provide evaluation, pilot, and production access using API keys and related credentials. You are responsible for securing those credentials and using the service only for authorized business purposes.

2. Acceptable use

You may not abuse rate limits, interfere with service availability, share keys outside authorized users, or use the service for illegal, deceptive, or prohibited activities.

3. Billing and renewals

Paid access may renew on the cadence shown at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. Charges are handled by Stripe or other payment processors used by RichBuilds.

4. Intellectual property

The BatteryArb product, site content, derived analytical outputs, branding, and documentation remain the property of RichBuilds except where third-party public market data rights apply.

5. No warranty on market outcomes

Signals, forecasts, and simulation outputs are provided on an as-is basis. They are operational tools and do not guarantee profitability, execution quality, or future market outcomes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RichBuilds is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the site or service.

7. Suspension and termination

RichBuilds may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abusive usage, security risk, policy violations, or as otherwise required to protect the service.
