This policy exists to protect BatteryArb, its buyers, and upstream public data sources from abuse, unsafe usage, and unauthorized redistribution.
Credential handling
Keep API keys confidential and use server-side patterns for browser-facing products. Public exposure of keys may trigger rotation or suspension.
Traffic and load
Do not exceed rate limits, scrape the site in abusive ways, or run load tests against the service without written approval.
Resale and redistribution
Do not repackage BatteryArb outputs as your own public API or commercial data feed without a separate agreement.
Prohibited uses
- Illegal or fraudulent activity
- Credential sharing or unauthorized account transfer
- Reverse engineering or bypassing security controls
- Using the service in a way that harms upstream public data access
